Weaving through the seasons with an open mind and heart, we can appreciate how these changes are part of a bigger picture. Notice the cadence of your yoga practice adapting to the needs of the moment. Perhaps finding yourself drawn to more introspective practices like yin yoga and meditation. Also note what you choose to eat and drink might be different as we nourish our bodies in the presence of this cooler season.
Welcome to those of you are returning after your summer adventures and are recommitting to your practice, love to see you in studio.
This month we will draw attention to hidden patterns that we need to intentionally build self-awareness. Here we build honest and compassionate internal dialogues, dig deeper into what our real motivations are and have the humility to know you can learn more. Self-awareness changes us!
The studio’s tradition of the great pumpkin contest takes place this month as you guess the weight of the pumpkin, and receive 2 studio passes!

I am struck by the simplicity of light in the atmosphere in the autumn, as if the earth absorbed none, and out of this profusion of dazzling light came the autumnal tints. ~ Henry David Thoreau
