The month of September will be designed to help you get back on track after your summer adventures. Studio classes will motivate you, support you, and get you grounded. We all start here, seeking a new schedule for ourselves as well as getting feedback, discovery and direction from our practice.
New to yoga or looking for an encouraging boost? Sign up for a private session.
During our weekly schedule I will add in special themes in our Hatha Classes:
A Simple Mobility Routine for Happy Joints, Brain and Body Balance, Yoga for Walkers/ Hikers. Momoyoga will insert those special themes on the class schedule.
Also check in at the website for upcoming Workshops this fall.
I would also like to thank our community for all the referrals this summer, it was such a pleasure to work with your family and friends.
Also a big thank you to all yogis sharing from their gardens!!
With gratitude
