I have embraced my yoga teaching practice for over 14 years and I am inspired to continue guiding you toward optimal health, peace of mind, and freedom of spirit.
I am looking forward to being present with you this month in-studio, because the on-line classes are on- hold during the summer months. Also, we’ll start outdoor classes as the warmer weather arrives.
Starting Wednesday at 11am June 8th “Enhance Your Practice”
This class is terrific for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.  We will explore different aspects of our bodies,  and have a better understanding of how our practice in yoga works as we change. There will be a new topic each Wednesday.
Please check with Momoyoga for these changes.
I will be taking a short time off 5/31-6/3.

In appreciation for our wonderful yoga community, I’m offering a chance for you to win a three class pass (value of $45).

May Series: The body is as young as the spine is flexible
This series holds numerous insights into the importance of a healthy spine.  Our spine holds keys to our well-being and the aging process. We will explore improvement in our posture, strengthening with core work, and how specific yoga poses will relieve and prevent back pain. Class is open to everybody, every spine!

Welcome back to our community!  
Spring inspires us to roll out our mats in the studio. It brings a bright, joyful attitude and it's a delight to see smiling faces again!   
 In addition to creating and maintaining healthy habits and movements, we'll continue to learn how to stabilize and mobilize our bodies. We’ll also continue to sit quietly before and after classes for short meditations.  

Check in with Momoyoga to register for classes.  Be aware of the “Pop-up classes” this month!
 
April Workshop: Healthy Hips

This month, I will offer a ten minute Mindfulness Meditation after each class. 
Being mindful is attentiveness to our thoughts, which are a form of our energy.  We constantly exchange energy with everything around us. As we improve the quality of that exchange, we will improve the quality of our lives.  Mindfulness practice encourages us to pause, to be aware of this moment and to open to the unfolding of life through a more compassionate awareness.
 
New class for the month of March: MAC (Mobility-Agility –Core)
Monday, March 8th 11am-12 thru Monday, March 28th.
Gently Reclaim Your Mobility, Agility and Core Fitness
We will work our entire body from the ground up. We will learn the safer ways to get up and down with ease. This class will help with balance, fall prevention and more.   
 
Private Sessions: Available In studio or Online:
Personalized yoga lessons; one-on-one or small group private sessions are available in studio or online. Whether you want to reduce stress, move with more ease, or work on your own practice.  Please book at least one week in advance.   Email: [email protected]

Yogis-Welcome to February!
Yoga has been a regular part of my life for over 15 years. During this time, my practice has dramatically changed and my teaching style has evolved, primarily as a result of my continuing education of yoga biomechanics, and with the changes of the pandemic. 
These past 2 years, I have seen how resilient we all are. Our practice inspires us. I have read your messages and posts of your appreciation and encouragement that you've shared.  Our narrative is shifting, but yoga keeps hope forefront and alive.

This is a great way to begin yoga or to make deeper progress in your ongoing practice.

Workshop this Month:
“THE SHOULDERS” - Saturday the 26th at 10-noon
In this workshop you will learn a variety of upper body movements for mobility and how to safely use your shoulder strength.  In these creative options, you’ll find ways to move for positive results. Our focus is to prevent injuries and to encourage self-healing. 
 
Limit of 5 students - In Studio - $45
