October has been filled with lots of teaching, and decision making on all levels for me.
The more I teach, the more I learn. Then I share what I learn; and as I share, I learn even more....and so the cycle continues. I feel blessed to have these opportunities and experiences.
I have so much gratitude for all my students and for all the support they have given me.
I will no longer be teaching at Fit4Life as this cycle has come to end and a new growth phase for the studio begins. I will be on my intensive immersion to a Yin Yoga workshop this upcoming month, which I have planned for a long time. This will also bring new classes to the studio as well as my workshops which now can be used for credit for continuing education, another plus for the community. I will also be partnering up with some outstanding people at the studio to bring in more workshops in the upcoming New Year.
Wow…in reflection one year ago as our community center closed which at that time I had to make many changes and decisions which did produce a bit of anxiety, but as I reflect on that now, I see that it has been a very successful year at the studio and I am looking forward to all of the new changes, and another successful year for myself and the community as well.
