Continue your walks outdoors as movement in nature is rewarding in many ways. Walking in nature also requires more muscle then a treadmill walk or run.
Start to create an inclusive sense of satisfaction and well-being within the fabric of your life as it is an on-going opportunity for self-care, rather than waiting for “something big” to feel good about.

During this change of seasons I will be in studio early to make it comfortable for you. Please arrive at 8:45 to give me time to set up. On snow days please keep in touch with Momoyoga and your notifications of classes in case I cannot come down the mountain.
There are no classes on Thanksgiving Day.
