May every sunrise hold more promise and every sunset hold more peace.

In our yoga practice, we can set an intent, it is through this quiet act of open receptivity that we slowly begin to see progress unfold. This is true in our own lives as well. This month we will discover the power of setting an intention and use this powerful tool for connecting more deeply with our bodies and developing a more mindful approach in our own practice every day.

Register with Momoyoga for all Lunchtime Learning Sessions.

 Dr. Carolyn DeSalvo

Monday May 13th 11am-12:30
Carolyn DeSalvo is a board certified Ob/Gyn physician who practiced in Lawrence Kansas for 30 years and then became board certified in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona.   She had a small private practice in Sequim for 7 years prior to retirement, doing integrative medicine and outpatient gynecology.  In Kansas, she did hundreds of surgeries for pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence, and brings experience in both non-surgical and surgical management of pelvic floor dysfunction.
A very informative session for women and men.

Yoga for Cyclists

Monday May 20th 11am-12:30
This session is intended to help you with your ride and is a great full body practice for everyone. We will discuss how to prevent injuries, and provide a lower-body stretching routine. I recommend doing this mobility and stretching routine after a workout or ride as a cool-down to lengthen and release tension from your muscles. Join in on the fun.
