Thank you for your patience as this past month as been a month of changes at the Sunland Studio. Allowing the studio to grow with rearranging the space to provide more room for you. Adding a beautiful Yin class on Wednesday mornings and also adding an extra Essential Therapeutics on Thursdays to allow this class to grow as it is needed in our community. A heartfelt thanks to Barb Boekelheide for her continuing to teach at the monthly Restorative Evening Class, very special indeed! Also I would like to thank Dr. Penny Burdick for her workshops “Healing Touch Certification Programs” at which I completed a Level 1.
As I continue with my ongoing education and webinars (yes at 4AM) I am working hard to bring yoga to you in a personal way, teaching has been a phenomenal learning experience on many levels for me. I am will continue to integrate yoga into our lifestyles as well as in our healthcare systems. It takes patience, dedication, lots of persistence to offer yoga in this way. I am very grateful once again to all my students for their referrals and also speaking up to their health care providers about yoga. Thank you for your dedication on this path, my heart is full of gratitude for all of you!
