As I often say in class “rather than focusing on the need to get from point A to point B start exploring the concept of widening your perspective,” what this means to me is opening the realm of unknown possibilities…creating space for what might just happen.
Teaching yoga and sharing is what I love. Sharing tools that help people connect, allowing students to explore their deeper selves. I enjoy this connection with students and then get out of the way, letting them deepen their own practice. When the light bulbs go on as they transition and have a better understanding of themselves, they begin to remove blocks and have more acceptance as they develop and expand their own awareness of their bodies and mind. I see these changes in them as they walk through the doors of the studio and incorporate all of this into their daily lives.
Namaste and much gratitude to all my students
