The New Year is a time of transition, when we’re teetering on the verge of new opportunities and possibilities. At the same time we continue to reflect and look back at our gains, successful stories, as well as our setbacks. Our awareness at this time of year seems to heightened, as we are more willing to let go and prepare for our new opportunities. It is here that our yoga practice can ground us and open up the many possibilities in our lives.
As we step into this New Year let us cultivate a harmony within, as it is not so much of changing of who we are but accepting ourselves, being authentic so that we can move throughout our life with freedom and joy.
Let us explore and have the clarity within, as we move into 2016 using our tools of yoga and meditation.
