This week marks the fall equinox, one of the 4 corners of the year. This is a time to pause, draw inward, and honor the turning of the wheel.
As we acknowledge the shift into autumn, we assess what has passed and anchor into our new intentions. We create space to be open to receive our harvest, clear away disappointments from the past year, and open up to what lies ahead. Practice cultivating a sense of completeness, even a glimmer in the moment, with the little things in life that allow acceptance.
It is a time when we let go of the frantic rush of our busy summer lives, the activities, vacations and summer guests. We now turn inward to our yoga and meditation practices. Enjoy.
